Welcome to The Artists' Asylum. We are excited to help you on your pole or aerial journey. Our focus is fun, safety, spicy, sexy, and personal growth. We want to see you conquer your goals and level up. pole fitness or aerial silks is an exciting way to get in shape while having fun and learning a new skill.

NEW POLE STUDENTS
We are excited to have you become a part of our studio. Here are the classes you can take as a new poler.
Beginners Start Here
Beginner
Pole Series
TUES. 6:30pm
You will learn beginner moves and you will level up in the classes as you get more experienced in landing those amazing pole elements. 6-week series from start to finish. In the 6th week, you will celebrate your progress with a graduation ceremony and pole jam. No experience is necessary

Make Some Noise Pole Class
SUN. 1 PM CLASS
Explore the use of sound in your pole choreography! Whether it’s to grab your audience’s attention, elevate the layers to your performance, or challenge yourself to find new outlets in musicality, incorporating heel clacks, slides, and other sound-motivated movements is an excellent addition to any routine. Heels are required for class. Open to all experience levels.

First Timers Pole Class
Wed. 7:30pm
It's time to come out and play! If you have ever wanted to try pole, but were a bit nervous or intimidated then this is the class for you. You will get a taste of what you will learn in our series of pole classes. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to experience pole fitness in a safe and fun environment! This is a limited class

You Pick Choreo Pole Class
Wed. 6:30pm
"You Pick” Choreo is the Artists’ Asylum version of MTV’s TRL! Each week on instagram, you will be able to suggest a trick, a song, a mood, or transition for class the upcoming week. Keeping you involved in what you’re learning in class, “You Pick” Choreo offers a wide variety of choreography. This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications when necessary.

POLE REQUIREMENTS
No lotion or oil, no jewelry, bring footy socks. Please wear hair tied up, booty shorts, a sports bra, or a crop top. You want your skin exposed to create friction so you can perform tricks on the pole.

NEW AERIAL STUDENT'S
Below are the classes you can take for new flyers

BeginnerSilks
Thursday - 7:30pm
Come learn the basics of climbing, inverting and balancing in this introductory class. We will focus on building a foundation of knowledge that you can take into a beginner-level course nearly anywhere. Have fun learning sequences while building strength, spatial awareness and confidence off the ground. This class will alternate apparatus weekly. No experience needed

Beginner
Sling
Thursday - 6:30pm
Sunday - 11:45am
No prerequisites. Learn to fly! An introduction to the fundamental poses and movement pathways of aerial sling. We will develop strength and knowledge by working through skills, drills, and short sequences. Perfect for those looking to start their aerial journey!

Beginner Lyra
Wednesday - 7:30pm
Learn how to safely use the Lyra in a fun and encouraging environment. Work on strength building and enjoy our supportive community, this is the perfect class for anyone looking to learn or develop their skills with the Lyra. No experience needed
What to wear and bring.

Form-fitting clothing is strongly recommended

Leggings that are mid-calf or full length

Avoid baggy clothing — it can get caught in the silks and create a safety risk

Avoid flowy tops — they won’t stay in place when you invert
