STUDIO POLICIES
REFUND POLICIES
We do not issue refunds for classes, pole series, memberships, packages, or any of our services. You can reschedule 6 hours before your class thru the confirmation that was sent to your email. You will forfeit the class if you do not reschedule before the 6 hours.
NO CALL & NO SHOWS
If you do not call at least 6 hours before class to cancel, you will lose the class credit.
If you do not attend class, you will lose the credit and be subject to a $10 NO-SHOW fee. Our trainers drive across the city in traffic to provide our students with an excellent service. Please be courteous and let us know if you can not make it to class. Thank you
CLASS CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to low enrollment, inclement weather, and other circumstances. Class will be cancelled 2 hours before it is scheduled to start.
SAFETY
Saftey is our number one priority! Aerial silks and pole can be dangerous and we want to always think about saftey first. We have professional riggers and reputable suppliers for all our equipment.
LATE POLICIES
We do not allow anyone to join our class 15 minutes after it has started.
BRINGING YOUR EQUIPMENT
We welcome you to bring your equipment to class or open studio. Before rigging, we will inspect your equipment to make sure it is safe to rig from our ceiling. We have silks and slings, poles, and Lyra for the open studio you can use for practice.
