Flight School is a fun and empowering aerial arts program for youth ages 8–15. Designed to build strength, confidence, and creativity, our weekly classes introduce students to the fundamentals of aerial movement in a safe and supportive environment — no experience needed.

What to expect
Ages 8–15 | Saturdays & Sundays
Flight School is a fun and empowering aerial arts program designed specifically for youth ages 8–15. Students explore aerial movement while developing strength, flexibility, confidence, and creative expression in a safe, supportive environment.
Each week, classes rotate through our primary apparatuses:
Lyra, Silks and Sling
Perfect for kids who want to try aerial! Students rotate through Lyra, Sling, and Silks in different classes throughout the month.
Flight School Membership Includes:
-4 kids aerial classes per month
-4 practice sessions per month
-Access to Lyra, Sling & Silks

We believe kids shine brightest when they get to show off their hard work! Our students have the opportunity to perform in three exciting showcases each year, giving them the chance to build confidence, stage presence, and pride in their aerial skills.

What to wear

Leggings

Tank top (add a long-sleeve shirt if it’s cold)

No baggy clothing — it can get caught in the silks

No zippers, jewlery, buttons, or sharp items that could damage the silks

Bring water

Wear hair in ponytail for safety
